The salary range for this position 120,000.00-150,000.00 . Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance; Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options where applicable; company-paid holidays; and short and long-term disability.

The Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing various electric utility projects from inception to completion. Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.

Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement effective solutions.

Ensure adherence to industry best practices, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards.

Prepare project budgets and cost estimates, tracking expenses throughout the project lifecycle.

Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.

Continuously assess project risks and make data-driven decisions to overcome challenges.

Implement contingency plans to address unforeseen circumstances and maintain project momentum.

Conduct regular performance evaluations, mentorship, and professional development initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager (preferably in the electric utility industry or a related field).

In-depth knowledge of electric utility systems, equipment, and infrastructure.

Demonstrated success in managingfinancials, schedule and change control, involving project sponsor and stakeholders.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

ExcellentCustomer and Executive Management relationship skills

Familiarity with regulatory requirements and environmental standards in the electric utility industry

Utility and Contractor experience

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
