Bartender and Server for Bistro Restaurant

Host Position at Chuck Lager

Chuck Lager is a casual restaurant featuring a global menu inspired by celebrity chef Fabio Viviani. Our menu features everything from burgers and flatbreads to Italian pasta and Asian tacos. We are a neighborhood tavern with a focus on signature cocktails, bourbon, and craft beers.

We are looking to hire a host to work in Pike Creek, a suburb of Wilmington, DE.

Position: Server

Customer Service:

Order Taking and Processing:

Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate preparation of orders.

Food and Beverage Delivery:

Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and organized manner.

Promote additional menu items, specials, and beverages to enhance the dining experience.

Provide recommendations based on guest preferences and the restaurant's signature dishes.

Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless communication and efficient service.

Process guest payments accurately, handling cash and electronic transactions.

Adherence to Policies and Procedures:

Follow all restaurant policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.

Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Previous experience as a server required.

Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation.

Knowledge of food and beverage pairings is a plus.
