A Physical Therapist evaluates patient physical functions, designs personalized recovery plans, and delivers evidence-based treatments to reduce pain and restore mobility. They collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams and document patient progress in acute, inpatient rehab, or home health settings. ]
Patient Evaluation: Assess functional status, strength, and mobility to create tailored care plans matching physician orders.

• Provide skilled physical therapy procedures to improve movement and independence.
• Record accurate treatment outcomes and adjust care plans in a timely manner.
• Coordinate transitions of care with doctors, nurses, and other specialists.

Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Experience: a min 1 year experience, pref in an acute care setting

• Active state physical therapy license (e.g., Florida Department of Health).
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift or move patients and equipment up to 50 pounds
