Position Qualifications
Education
~ Graduation from an approved ACGME - accredited Internal Medicine Residency program.

Required Certification/Licensure
Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
CurrentunrestrictedMD/DO licenseby the Oregon Board of Medical Examiners
Basic Life Support (BLS) certified from American Heart Association
Must obtain andmaintainstaff membership and appropriate privileges
Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid,andother federal health programs
Must meet all qualifications toparticipateinhospital’sprograms for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
Total Rewards
Compensation
Annual base salary of $378,000 (minimum work requirement: 168 twelve-hour shifts per year)
Eligible foradditionalpay for extra shifts as well as a premium for night shifts
Year two: Eligible for quality incentive plan up to 10% annually
Up to $25,000 signingbonus
Up to $15,000 in relocationassistance
Up to $5,000 CME Allowance
