CNC

Swiss Machinist in St. Anthony, MN for a precision machining business for the medical device industry. We are looking for a full-time team oriented, career driven Swiss Machinist. This position entails setting up machines as well as running daily production. Set-up experience with Swiss CNC machines
Operator experience with Swiss CNC machines
Math background, preferable in machine math/shop math
Able to read measurement equipment such as micrometer, caliper, pressure micrometer
Machining experience with medical components, devices, or instruments

shift: Set-up Swiss CNC machines
Operating Swiss CNC machines
Perform quality inspection on completed parts
Perform preventative maintenance on Swiss CNC machines to ensure consistent machine performance
Troubleshoot production problems and implement solutions
Determine/verify appropriate tooling for use in machining and manufacturing operations
