Barry-Wehmiller is a diversified global supplier of engineering consulting and manufacturing technology for the packaging, corrugating, sheeting and paper-converting industries. Job Description: The Parts Sales Coordinator position with work in partnership with the Parts Sales Representatives to support customer requests.
Perform order entry utilizing the ERP system and electronic processing tools.
Maintain Ship Complete orders.
Update customer third party order platforms and portals.
Create Return Goods Authorization and manage customer returns for credit, repair, or warranty.
Create Quality Incident Reports.
Update customer documentation with shipping information.
Maintain records within the ERP system, CRM, and other documentation systems.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Administrative work experience is desired.
Customer Focus – Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
Typically sits, grasps items and performs keyboarding for occasional operation of a computer
Occasional exposure to typical machine shop physical hazards
Travel by air or car occasionally
