Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Job Type: Full Time & Part Time

As an amazing caregiver of SYNERGY HomeCare, you will build important, meaningful relationships with those you are expertly matched with and care for. SYNERGY HomeCare's goal is to support clients to enjoy life by helping them perform their daily functions such as meal prep, light exercise, local transportation, social interactions, and housekeeping. Your compassion and diligence as a caregiver bring joy into the lives of our clients and helps them feel encouraged, involved, and loved.

We are scheduling interviews immediately to meet this high demand. What you should know about SYNERGY HomeCare:

Location We hate commuting tooand we'll do our best to provide clients as close to you as possible and we'd pay to travel allowance on a case by case basis

Flexibility We understand how difficult it can be to find a job that balances your time with school, kids, or other priorities. We'll do our best to provide flexible options

Overtime Time-and-a-half pay for overtime and holidays

Bonuses $250 signing bonus after 250 hours of work

Hourly Pay range between $15 and $18

Companionship to seniors with engaging activities and games

Helping with daily activities like bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility

Preparing snacks and meals to help sustain and satisfy the client throughout your scheduled time with them.

Tidying up the house that keep the home environment neat and enjoyable for the client.

Take the clients to social activities, doctor's offices, and events in the community or with family and friends.

Skills We're looking for individuals that are compassionate, social, trustworthy and service-minded

Have or willing to acquire CPR/First Aid certification

A valid driver's license and means of transportation (a reliable car with proof of insurance/registration is preferred)
