We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our weekend shift and support the fabrication of high-quality metal components and assemblies. Perform precision TIG welding on stainless steel, steel, and other metals
Inspect welds to ensure compliance with quality and strength requirements
Troubleshoot fit-up and welding issues as needed
Support continuous improvement and production goals
3+ years of TIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment

• Strong blueprint reading and fabrication skills
• Ability to perform fit-up, welding, and finishing independently
• Proven ability to produce high-quality welds consistently

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
