Head of FP&A (Remote)

Kforce's client, a rapidly growing organization located in the Southern California area, is seeking a full-time remote Manager, FP&A to join its finance team. This newly created role offers significant visibility, direct exposure to executive leadership, and the opportunity to help drive budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and board reporting efforts. Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
Partner with Operations, HR, IT, and other business leaders to support financial decision-making
Prepare board decks, KPI reporting, executive presentations, and financial analyses
Support lender reporting, covenant compliance, and performance tracking
Build financial models, scenario analyses, and business forecasts
Improve reporting processes and support the growth of the FP&A function
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
CPA, CFA, CMA, or MBA is a plus
8+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial reporting experience
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and P&L analysis
Exposure to board reporting and executive-level presentations
Advanced Excel and strong presentation skills
Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.
