Join our team at Nick and Jake’s as a Busser/Server Assistant and be a key player in creating seamless dining experiences. We're a renowned restaurant committed to providing exceptional service. As a Busser/Server Assistant, you'll ensure tables are turned quickly and the restaurant maintains top-notch cleanliness, supporting our servers and bartenders.
Collaborate with servers and bartenders, assisting with service flow and promptly addressing guest needs.
Maintain overall restaurant cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere, focusing on floor, table, and restroom upkeep.
Work quickly and efficiently to turn tables during peak dining times, accommodating new parties.
Must be 16 years or older.
Passion for providing exceptional service and a customer‑focused attitude.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Evening shifts typically begin at 4:30 or 5:00.
Tip out will vary based on daily sales and will be received in the form of cash.
