This is a full-time, in office position in our Baltimore office with potential for a hybrid schedule after training.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and customer service mentality
Excellent computer skills including typing proficiency, Microsoft Office proficiency with an emphasis in Excel spreadsheet
Prior insurance experience is not required, but is a plus!
Review and handle inspection recommendations and discrepancies
Potential for policy issuance and endorsement processing, including audits
Data entry into multiple internet-based systems
