What matters most in a role like this is your ability to read the environment, anticipate risk, and act accordingly. As a Security Officer - Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.
Site Location: Minneapolis, MN
Full-time, variable shifts - must be available to cover call-offs.
Competitive hourly wage of $21.30 / hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities of Tactical Security Guard
React quickly to threats or incidents
Document incidents and actions taken
Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
Qualifications of Tactical Security Guard
Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
First aid certification is an asset
Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
Must have military, law enforcement, or Level 2 security experience, or be currently enrolled in or have completed an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, or Peace Officer & Public Safety.
You are Level 2 certified or willing to get Level 2 certification.
