Head of Programme Management

Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, has an exciting opportunity available for a program manager to develop our XR and visualization programs companywide.
This position provides an opportunity to grow our XR and visualization service line and may evolve into department management. Responsibilities include leading our XR and visualization program—strategy, workflows, and training—researching and communicating trends and technologies related to XR and visualization in the AEC industry, networking with industry peers, and managing the XR and visualization workload process. Some travel will be required.
Lead the XR and visualization program, including strategy, workflows, and training.
Network with industry peers.
Manage the XR and visualization workload process.
Travel as required.
Associate degree or higher in architectural design, gaming, or a relevant field.
Proficiency with XR and visualization software programs, including: Enscape 3D, Lumion, TwinMotion (or other gaming software), Infraworks, LumenRT, Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and/or AutoCAD.
Leading company-wide visualization programs, including strategy, training, and workflow standards.
Performing research and implementation of emerging technologies.
Collaborating with multiple service lines and corporate management (IT and Marketing) groups.
