We are seeking a dedicated Grain Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of our clients' grain operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in grain handling, storage, and transportation, as well as proven leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day grain operations, including receiving, drying, storing, and shipping grain

Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed at all times

Supervise a team of employees, providing training, guidance, and support as needed

Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, grain quality, and other relevant data

Collaborate with farmers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the facility

Implement efficiency improvements and cost-saving measures to increase profitability

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in grain operations management
• Strong knowledge of grain handling equipment and procedures
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
