This is an individual contributor position with the Site Pro 1 in the Telecom division. Working under the direction of the Facility Manager, and within the guidelines of established procedures, the Picker/Packer is responsible to accurately pick all communication tower components per the packing slip. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for general housekeeping of their area.
Operate the following pieces of production equipment: forklifts
Accurately pick, and pack items based on customer orders
Inventory control activities including cycle counts
Ability to wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), as well as work in non-temperature controlled environment
Ability to stand/walk up to 100% of shift
~ This position reports into the Facility Manager and has no direct reports

High school diploma/GED and 6+ months of relevant education/work experience
The ability to work overtime, as business needs require
Experience operating a personal computer
1+ year of previous experience working in a warehouse facility
