Lead the preparation of accurate, detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects from conceptual through final design

Analyze project plans, specifications, and scopes of work to develop comprehensive estimates

Solicit, evaluate, and negotiate subcontractor and vendor bids

Collaborate closely with preconstruction, project management, and business development teams

Maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and industry partners

Participate in project handoff meetings and support the transition from preconstruction to construction

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

7+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction

Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
