Pay Range: $21.11 - $21.11 per hour
The above reflects the anticipated hourly wage range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey.
Under the supervision of a Department of Food and Nutrition Services Supervisor or Manager, the Second Cook completes tasks as outlined in the job flow for the daily position assigned.

Knowledge of food production, service and sanitation
Prior cooking experience in a healthcare facility
High School diploma, GED or equivalent
~3 to 4 years of related work experience

Shift: Evening
Status: Part Time
Position may require work every other weekend depending on department’s needs

Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods: to include Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Special/Catered Events.
These responsibilities may differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
