As a Dishwasher, you keep the heartbeat of our scratch kitchen strong by making sure our team always has clean, ready-to-go tools to crush service. Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using a dishwasher or by hand.

Keep the dishwasher clean and stocked. Immediately report any functional or mechanical problems to the Kitchen Manager.

Monitor dishwasher water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle

Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean and orderly condition

Clean and remove trash from designated kitchen areas

Organize clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas

Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for the dining room and kitchen

Our restaurants are designed around family-style hospitality—warm, welcoming, and full of energy—where quality ingredients and authentic recipes are at the heart of everything we do. May be required to work on a computer for extended periods of time, including viewing the screen, using a mouse, manipulating a keyboard with hands, and reaching with arms. May be asked to drive or travel by car, air, or other transportation for business purposes.
