Now hiring for a Scrap Yard Worker Location: Siloam Springs, AR Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Join the team. Looking for Scrap Yard Worker jobs in Siloam Springs where your skills can make a real impact? High school diploma or GED preferred
Willingness to complete required safety training programs
Previous experience in general labor, construction, manufacturing, scrap metal, recycling, or industrial environments preferred
Experience using cutting torches or similar equipment preferred
Experience operating landscaping or groundskeeping equipment is a plus
Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy metal materials and scrap
Ability to work outdoors in hot, cold, and changing weather conditions
Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift
Comfortable working in dusty, dirty, and industrial environments
Ability to safely operate equipment and maintain awareness of surroundings
Sort, move, and process scrap metal and recyclable materials
Load, unload, and transport heavy metal products and scrap throughout the yard
Operate a cutting torch after successfully completing required Hot Works safety training
Follow all company safety policies and personal protective equipment requirements
Perform general facility and yard maintenance duties
Assist with mowing, weed eating, groundskeeping, and other outdoor tasks as assigned
Support daily operations and complete additional duties as needed
Work performed outdoors in hot, cold, and changing weather conditions
~ Exposure to dirt, dust, scrap materials, and industrial equipment on a daily basis
