Recruiter (Recruiter) Full Time

The Recruiter’s purpose is to provide recruiting support and service commitment on a daily basis for our Recruitment Process Outsourcing clients.

This is a full-time position, with 40-45 hours per week expected in order to achieve goals.

Meet the specific needs of RPO client stakeholders by recruiting, evaluating, presenting, and placing appropriate candidates for direct hire positions.
Contribute to the development and consistent execution of best practices in direct hire recruitment.
Prepare customers and candidates for job interviews.
Follow up with candidates and internal customers after interviews.
Track and prepare reporting on recruiting activity as needed by our clients.

Bachelor’s Degree

• 3+ years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting
• Strong customer service orientation
• Proficiency in MS Office

Talent Acquisition Leader
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Further, this job may require occasional presence at customer sites, both in administrative and manufacturing environments.
