Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Labor & Delivery position in Denver, CO, requiring at least 1 year of L&D experience and an active CO or compact RN license.
Details

• Labor and Delivery unit at a hospital in Denver, CO
• Night shift, 12-hour shifts (1900–0730)
• 36 hours per week, 3 days per week
• Epic EMR used for charting
• Floating to other departments may be required based on business need
• On-call may be required during regularly scheduled shifts

Requirements

Active CO or compact RN license required — no pending licenses
Minimum 1 year of Labor & Delivery experience required
Current AHA BLS certification required — must not expire prior to start date
NRP certification required — must be AHA-issued and not expire prior to start date
ACLS or PALS may be required as appropriate for the unit
ASN from an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred
Date of birth and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration
Additional Information

Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient nursing care in the L&D setting
Performs health teaching, counseling, and supportive therapy for patients
Documents in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines using Epic
Permanent staff must have been separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before being eligible for a travel assignment
RTO requests will be approved within reason
