Cost Engineer/Cost Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Cost Engineer with deep expertise in cost management for large‑scale, multi‑million‑dollar construction programs. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, analytical, and skilled at providing accurate forecasting and reporting to support project success.

Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets and forecasts

Prepare and maintain cost reports, variance analyses, and financial updates

Perform cost‑to‑complete analysis based on contracts, expenditures, and trends

Ensure accuracy and consistency of data in cost management systems

Create tools and reports to communicate project performance clearly to stakeholders

10+ years of cost engineering experience on large, complex construction projects, aviation experience a plus

PM Web a plus)

Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field

PMP or PE desirable

Full-time, salaried position (40 hours per week)
