Position Overview
We are on the lookout for a proficient and empathetic Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist ready to join a dynamic team of imaging specialists dedicated to providing outstanding patient care. Employing cutting-edge ultrasound technology, you will carry out diagnostic tests, collaborating with a cohesive group of clinicians to ensure that patients receive timely, accurate, and reassuring imaging results.
Description of Responsibilities

Conduct a diverse range of ultrasound exams, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
Prioritize patient comfort and safety during procedures, providing explanations of each step with kindness and clarity
Work collaboratively with radiologists and referring physicians to deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging
Maintain and operate imaging equipment, reporting any issues promptly
Accurately document procedures and manage patient records in the electronic medical system
Stay informed about the latest advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and standards
Education Requirements
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline
Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is highly preferred
Certifications Required
Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
Skills Needed
In-depth technical proficiency in sonographic imaging techniques and patient positioning
