Job Description

We are seeking a skilled NICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one year of NICU experience, with prior travel nursing experience preferred. This position requires the ability to float to like units as needed based on facility requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to neonates in a critical care setting.

Monitor and manage multiple aspects of patient care including administering medications and performing medical procedures.

Participate in high-risk deliveries and provide immediate care to newborns.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including respiratory services, social services, and pharmacy.

Educate and support families regarding neonatal care and essential procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 1 year of NICU RN experience required.

Active BLS and NRP certifications are mandatory.

Experience with Epic charting system is preferred.

Must possess a valid RN license.
