Warehouse Person/3rd Shift/Nights

27–$40/hour base pay (based on experience), plus $2.00/hour shift differential for night shifts.
This position is responsible for maintaining electrical and mechanical systems on all automation equipment. (S)he will be responsible for troubleshooting electrical and mechanical problems and implementing corrective and preventative measures.
This would include compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, wearing of all required PPE in designated areas, confined space safety, safe chemical handling, fall restraints, etc.
Maintain and repair a wide range of high-speed manufacturing and automation equipment
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize uptime and equipment reliability
Disassemble equipment to access and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
Inspect components to identify wear, misalignment, and performance gaps
Repair or replace defective parts with a focus on root cause resolution
Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance equipment performance and efficiency
Perform additional duties as assigned to support plant operations

High School Diploma or GED preferred

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience with low and high voltage electrical systems
• Packaging equipment (conveyance, case packing, palletizing, etc.)
• Processing systems (pumps, valves, heat exchangers, etc.)

PLCs (Allen-Bradley preferred)
Proven ability to diagnose issues across electrical, mechanical, and control systems
Comfortable using computers and maintenance systems (CMMS experience a plus)
Flexible to support shift work, weekends, and holidays as needed
Physically capable of working in an industrial environment, including frequent reaching (31–77 inches)
