Registered Nurse-ICU-Weekend Shift

The Critical Care Float RN provides expert nursing care across designated ICU units, demonstrating flexibility by floating between multiple campuses as needed. This role involves supporting critical patients in a fast-paced environment with a focus on patient safety and quality care.

Deliver comprehensive critical care nursing to ICU patients, ensuring comfort and safety.

• Float between RMC, Hopewell, and potentially MST campuses, adapting to patient care needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation within the Cerner EMR system.
• Adhere to infection control protocols, including flu vaccination requirements.
• Participate in every other weekend and holiday shifts to ensure continuous coverage.

Possess 2+ years of recent ICU and MST experience in a hospital setting.

• Hold valid NJ or Compact nursing license at the time of application.
• Comply with hospital policies including mandatory flu vaccination.
