4 PRN Nurses

2 Night Shift

2 Day Shift

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans.

Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to physicians and appropriate team members.

Supervise and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.

Participate in interdisciplinary care plan meetings and resident care conferences.

Educate residents and family members regarding treatment plans, medications, and healthcare needs.

Promote a safe, quality-focused environment while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Current Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Experience in a skilled nursing facility, post-acute care, rehabilitation, or long-term care setting.

Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and skilled nursing regulations.

Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

IV certification and wound care experience preferred.

Bilingual skills are a plus.
