As a Mortgage Lending Advisor, you'll play a key role in building and managing customer, mortgage broker, realtor, and other lead source relationships, while supporting the growth of the bank.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships that go beyond the transaction.
Customer Experience
Deliver personalized, professional service that makes every customer feel valued
Assist customers with mortgage loan-related questions or concerns
Portfolio Management & Operations
Analyze applicant information to determine if borrower, property, and loan conditions meet the bank's and outside investor's required standards
Manage construction loan projects and draw requests
Follow all bank policies and regulatory requirements
Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that support customer goals
Strengthen relationships with existing customers and welcome new ones
Support branch promotions and outreach efforts
Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless customer experience
5 years of mortgage lending sales experience
~ Mortgage banking experience
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
Financial Management
