Physical Therapist Assistant Floater

Exciting opportunity for a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant Floater in our Outpatient/Regional Rehabilitation Program!

Are you a Physical Therapist Assistant looking for a diverse patient caseload? We are looking for a passionate caregiver who thrives in an environment where high-quality care is delivered in a cohesive team setting.

Provide One-on One Therapy: Utilize a variety of techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise and aquatic therapy, to deliver personalized care.

Document Patient Progress: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices while maintaining accurate patient records.

Collaborate with Healcare Providers: Work closely with physicians, medical providers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes.

Engage with a Multidisciplinary Team: Collaborate with a large team of seasoned Physical Therapists (PTs), Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), and Occupational Therapists (OTs).

Educate Patients and Families: Provide education on conditions, rehabilitation and the importance of ongoing self-care.

Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Current NC PTA license

Experience preferred but new graduate candidates considered
