This hybrid role requires working in our Lexington, SC office three days per week.
Learn how to source candidates using job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen Candidates: Help interview and assess candidates for skills and fit.
Stay Organized: Keep track of candidates and their progress throughout the hiring process.
Track Progress: Help report on key metrics like time-to-fill and candidate quality.
What We're Looking For A bachelor's degree (or similar experience) in business, HR, or a related field.
Interest in recruiting and the IT world.
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn recruiting tools.
Hands-on training and mentorship.
