The facility has received few submissions so far. American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU position requiring 2 years of CVPICU or PICU experience in a pediatric hospital and an OH or Compact RN license.

Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU (CVPICU) setting within a pediatric hospital

Floating required to NICU, PICU, ED, stepdown, and MS units as needed

Cares for pediatric patients with congenital heart disease, post cardiac surgery, and post cardiac catheterization needs

Active OH State or Compact RN license required in hand

Minimum 2 years of CVPICU or PICU experience required in a pediatric hospital setting (hard stop requirement)

Experience with ventilator management, ABG interpretation, and care of ventilated patients required

Skilled in hemodynamic monitoring and interpretation/management of dysrhythmias

Experience with IV therapy, central line care, and arterial line management requiredTwo supervisory references required at time of consideration, at least one must be manager/supervisor titled

Provide critical care nursing to pediatric cardiovascular patients including those with congenital heart disease and post-cardiac surgery needs

Floating to other units is a strong expectation and point of emphasis for this facility

Candidates must not have worked in a permanent role for this facility within the last 2 years
