Food Runner - Flexible Shifts

Lucy Buffett's LuLu's is a Fast Paced, High Volume, Casual, Family Oriented Restaurant where Food, Fun, and Music are always a part of our culture. We are currently hiring for Food Runners in our Gulf Shores, AL location.
The Food Runners assists both Front-of-the-House and Back-of-the-House staff by delivering food items to guests’ tables in a timely manner.
Delivers food items in a timely manner to ensure optimum food temperature when it reaches the guests
Communicates any relevant messages to servers and/or bartenders regarding guests’ requests/needs
Review each receipt to ensure order has been prepared accurately and to restaurant and guest satisfaction
Garnish and prepare dishes according to quality control guidelines
1 Free or discounted meal each shift!
- 2 Paid Weekly (EVERY FRIDAY!)
- 3 Closed for all Winter Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Years Day)
- 4 Flexible Schedule. For example if you are hired as a Line Cook, next step would be Crew Captain (shift lead), then a Kitchen Supervisor, after that Kitchen Manager. This position is paid hourly and tipped out!!
