Receptionist - Urology

We are seeking a Patient Services Receptionist to join our expanding clerical team of dedicated professionals. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate, detail-oriented individual with a commitment to patient care, teamwork, and clerical excellence.

Performs clerical duties in a medical setting, such as scheduling appointments, taking copays, deductibles and patient balances, and assisting with check-in and check-out.
High school diploma or GED required
Experience handling insurance verification, prior authorization, and patient collections preferred
