About Us: Team 4 Kids Pediatric Therapy is a family owned, locally run, leading pediatric therapy provider on the west side of the Phoenix valley. With 4 current clinics offering PT, OT, ST, ABA, Feeding and Myo services. We are currently growing to help cover our current needs while planning for the expansion to our 5th clinic space. Our mission is to help every child reach their greatest potential. We offer a great training model for any new grads or experienced BCBA's looking to work in a creative and fun environment. Are you a dedicated and experienced BCBA looking for an exciting leadership opportunity? Team 4 Kids' ABA program is seeking a Lead BCBA to join our dynamic team in Surprise, Az. This role involves leading other BCBAs and overseeing our clinic operations to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients.
Provide individualized ABA treatment, group therapy, parent training, and supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Monitor client progress and make data-based treatment recommendations.
Supervise and mentor BA Trainees and RBTs, supporting their professional growth and development.
Oversee the implementation of treatment plans and ensure adherence to ABA best practices.
Provide ongoing training, feedback, and support to clinical teammates to maintain high standards of client care and outcomes.
Participate in weekly department meetings, company meetings, supervision meetings, and case reviews.
Therapy aides are available for support to maximize treatment efficiency.
Must hold a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Must hold or be eligible to obtain Arizona licensure as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).
Minimum of one year of experience as a BCBA/LBA preferred.
Experience supervising and mentoring RBTs, trainees, and other clinicians.
Passion for working with children and families and a commitment to providing exceptional clinical care.
