The Company is seeking an Academic Dean to provide strategic leadership, administration, and ensure the academic integrity of the campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing faculty, curriculum development, student success initiatives, and accreditation compliance. This role requires a confident leader with a Master's degree in an academic area or education, a preferred Doctorate degree, and a minimum of 8 years of leadership experience in education. The Academic Dean will also be involved in budget management, fostering external partnerships, and leading the campus in student retention efforts. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in academic leadership, including at least 4 years of experience in teaching or an administrative role within a post-secondary institution.
