For over six decades, Hickory Veterinary & Specialty Hospital has provided exceptional care to pets and their families. Our mission is to deliver compassionate, high-quality service while supporting our clients and veterinary teams through every step of their pet's journey. As a CSR, you'll play a vital role in creating positive experiences for clients while helping pets receive the care they need.
Located in Plymouth Meeting, PA, Hickory Veterinary & Specialty Hospital is a multi-service facility offering general practice, 24/7 emergency care, and specialty services including internal medicine, surgery, cardiology, and more. Answer phones, respond to emails, and schedule appointments efficiently
Guide clients through treatment plans, billing, and discharge instructions
Collaborate closely with doctors, technicians, and fellow CSRs to keep hospital operations running smoothly
Help manage a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
This is a full-time position with the following set schedule:

~ Tuesdays 7:00am - 5:00pm, Wednesdays 10:00am - 8:00pm, Fridays and Saturdays 6:00am - 4:00pm
