We’re looking for a passionate Senior Test Engineer to join the Chinook Program to support one of our customers’ applications, a critical capability that enables operational success through reliable, high-quality software solutions.If you’re energized by building exceptional software, leading testing efforts, and collaborating with talented engineers in a fast-paced Agile environment, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.Lead planning, design, development, and execution of comprehensive test strategies.Develop and maintain automated and manual test cases for web-based and enterprise applications.Partner with software developers, systems engineers, and stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and performance testing.Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects through resolution.Support CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated testing into DevSecOps workflows.Champion testing best practices across the team.Contribute to continuous process improvements that enhance software quality and program success.Basic Qualifications:US citizenship is required per contract. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related field and 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or Master’s with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience.8+ years of software testing or quality engineering experience.Experience testing enterprise applications throughout the software development lifecycle.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes.Knowledge of functional, integration, regression, system, and performance testing methodologies.Ability to communicate results and issues to technical and non-technical customer stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (i.e., and scripting languages (JavaScript, Python).Familiarity with enterprise applications and large-scale systems.Experience with API, UI, database, and performance testing.Knowledge of cloud-native applications and containerized environments.Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.Englewood, COType: Full time
