Description
Dizer Corp is seeking an Entry Level Data Entry Typist to join our Data Entry department in Painesville. This full-time, remote position offers a great opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in the staffing and recruiting industry while working from the comfort of their own home.
As a Data Entry Typist at Dizer Corp, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate and organized data that supports our recruiting operations and client services. You will work closely with our team to ensure that information is entered correctly, efficiently, and in a timely manner, directly contributing to the smooth functioning of our staffing solutions.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, along with the flexibility of a remote working environment and the chance to grow within a supportive and dynamic organization.
Responsibilities
Accurately enter and update data into company databases and systems
Type and proofread documents, forms, and records for errors
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Organize and file digital documents for easy retrieval
Verify data accuracy by comparing with source documents
Respond to data-related inquiries from team members
Meet daily and weekly data entry targets and deadlinesAssist with scanning and digitizing physical documents
Collaborate with the recruiting team to support data needs
Report any data discrepancies to supervisors promptly
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
0-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with data entry software
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
