Loudoun Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team and provide exceptional care to our residents.

Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients requiring skilled physical therapy services.
Assess patients’ medical conditions, functional abilities, limitations, restrictions, and rehabilitation potential.
Collaborate with nursing, occupational therapy, speech therapy, physicians, and other interdisciplinary team members to provide coordinated, patient-centered care.
Participate in facility quality initiatives focused on improving clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction.
Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations, confidentiality standards, and Federal Resident Rights.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Rehabilitation.
Requirements and Qualifications for Physical Therapist (PT) Full-Time:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia.
Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or geriatric rehabilitation preferred, but not required.
