Most dental front desk jobs come with Saturday hours, limited benefits, and high turnover. At Old Greenwich Dental Center, you'll enjoy a true Monday–Friday schedule, free on-site parking, and a Metro-North train stop steps from the office making this one of the most commuter-friendly dental positions in Fairfield County. You'll join a close-knit, high-performing team inside a modern, patient-centered practice that runs on structure, respect, and a shared commitment to excellence.

Saturday & Sunday: OFF always
clearly communicate patient financial responsibility
Manage inbound and outbound patient communication via phone, email, and digital platforms
Collaborate with clinical staff to keep daily operations running seamlessly
2+ years of dental front desk or dental receptionist experience — required
- Proficiency in Open Dental or Dentrix strongly preferred
- Solid working knowledge of PPO insurance, out-of-network billing, and fee-for-service workflows
- Exceptional patient communication and customer service skills
