Founded by James Beard Award-winning Chef Nancy Silverton in partnership with Rick Caruso and New School Hospitality, Spacca Tutto builds on the legacy of Silverton's acclaimed chi SPACCA while embracing the timeless appeal of the classic American steakhouse.

Spanning 3,000 square feet of interior dining space with a 1,500-square-foot patio and bar, Spacca Tutto offers the warmth and intimacy of a neighborhood destination. The menu features an extensive steak program alongside seasonal salads, fresh seafood, seasonal vegetable dishes, a creative bar menu, nearly 200 wines, and a thoughtfully crafted cocktail program.

Position Overview: As a Dishwasher at Spacca Tutto, you are an essential member of the culinary team, ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently by maintaining clean dishes, cookware, utensils, and work areas. Your attention to cleanliness, organization, and teamwork allows the entire restaurant to deliver an exceptional dining experience. Dishwashing & Sanitation

Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.

Maintain clean and organized dishwashing stations throughout each shift.

Properly operate and maintain commercial dishwashing equipment.

Empty trash and recycling and maintain cleanliness in all back-of-house areas.

Kitchen Operations

Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen at all times.

Sweep, mop, and clean floors, drains, storage areas, and kitchen equipment as assigned.

Support basic food preparation and other kitchen tasks as directed by the culinary team.

Help maintain an efficient flow of clean equipment throughout service.

Work closely with chefs, prep cooks, and line cooks to support daily kitchen operations.

Respond quickly to the needs of the culinary team during service.

Participate in pre-shift meetings and ongoing training.

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.

Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented kitchen culture.

Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.

Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is preferred, but not required.

21.00-$22.00 per hour
