Cycle Counter / Warehouse Inventory Analysis

Position Inventory Control Analyst – Tents & Structures Division

Reports to the MRO Inventory Manager and serves as a strategic liaison between field operations, Fleet, manufacturers, and suppliers.

Focuses on managing bulk inventory unique to temporary structures (fabric covers, heavy steel/aluminum framing, & specialized components).

Balances high-level data analysis with hands-on inventory coordination in a dynamic yard and warehouse environment.

Duties and Responsibilities Contract & Reservation Accuracy: routinely check in/out rental contracts and verify the accuracy of upcoming rental reservations.

Inventory Control & Cycle Counting: lead regular cycle counts; maintain supplier inventory controls, catalog pricing, and GL categorization.

Bulk Inventory Coordination: oversee lifecycle of bulk assets, stage custom packages for installation crews, and maintain an organized yard.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and yard accuracy.

Data & Demand Analysis: use reporting metrics to analyze internal consumption, external sales, and vendor metrics; develop replenishment plans.

Procurement Platform Management: administer the SmartEquip procurement platform to ensure high availability of parts, MRO merchandise, and maintenance.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field.

2–5 years of inventory management experience, including bulk inventory.

Ability to design and maintain reports using relational database applications (e.g., SQL Server, Microsoft Query, Excel).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills with warehouse staff and management.

Bi-lingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Physical Requirements & Working Environment This role is not a typical fully indoor warehouse position; Candidates must be comfortable outdoors approximately 40% of the time and able to bend, squat, crouch, reach, and lift 50 pounds or more.
