Role Overview
Responsible for providing high-quality nursing care in a Neuro Stepdown unit, focusing on patient safety, care planning, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Lead holistic patient care, ensuring clinical standards and protocols are met.

Develop, implement, and monitor personalized care plans, adjusting as needed.

Coordinate communication among physicians, specialists, and care team members.

Monitor patient conditions vigilantly, documenting and acting on clinical changes.

Manage physician and nursing orders, and coordinate discharge plans for seamless care transitions.

Qualifications & Skills

Registered Nurse license from the appropriate state board.

BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Diploma or equivalent in nursing from an accredited institution.
