Oncology Outpatient Clinic Nurse - Hematology Oncology

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide specialized outpatient care in a medical oncology and hematology setting. The nurse will support patient treatments, triage calls, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Administer outpatient ambulatory care to oncology patients, including supportive assessments.

Triage patient calls, evaluate symptoms, and problem-solve to meet patient care needs.

Collaborate with nursing and clinical staff to coordinate treatments and patient education.

Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and interventions.

Possess a minimum of 2 years of outpatient oncology experience, with prior travel experience preferred.
