We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist who is passionate about delivering personalized care, utilizing advanced rehabilitation technology, and growing professionally in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and create customized treatment plans to meet individual needs and goals.
Implement therapy programs using advanced rehabilitation tools and techniques.
Work closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation using AI-powered EMR systems.
Participate in professional development and team training initiatives.
Qualifications:
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (required)
Active Physical Therapy License in Connecticut (preferred; must be obtained prior to start)
CPR Certification (preferred)
Specialization in Orthopedics, Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine, or Sports Medicine a plus
Ability to commute or relocate to New London, CT before start date
Skills & Competencies:
Expertise in developing and executing personalized treatment plans
Proficiency with modern rehab technology and EMR systems
Strong communication, collaboration, and patient engagement skills
