• Lead day-to-day practice operations to ensure an excellent client experience and efficient clinical workflows
• Manage hiring, onboarding, scheduling, training, and performance for client care and clinical support teams
• Oversee budgeting, P&L review, billing, expense control, and accounts receivable with action-oriented follow-through
• Elevate client service standards, monitor reviews, and drive continuous improvement in communication and care quality
• Direct inventory control, scheduling systems, office supplies, and equipment maintenance; Plan and execute marketing, social media, and community outreach to support growth and retention
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and regulatory requirements; maintain accurate, confidential records
• train teams on software tools and coordinate with IT support as needed
• Full-time schedule with weekday and some Saturday coverage aligned to clinic hours and client demand

3 to 5 years of management experience, preferably in veterinary or healthcare operations

• Demonstrated proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and P&L analysis
• Proven team leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills in a fast-paced setting
• Comfort with practice management software and data-driven decision-making
• Knowledge of workplace safety and regulatory standards relevant to veterinary practice
• Georgia licensure or registrations as applicable to a practice management role, and eligibility to work in the United States
