CNC Programmers, 1st and 2nd shifts

Job Description Job Title: CNC Machinist (3-Axis) – 2nd Shift
Training: 1st Shift, Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (for a couple of weeks)
Regular Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Overtime available as needed

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist with advanced 5-axis experience to support critical machining operations. This role requires a top-tier candidate who can work independently, maintain precision, and uphold high-quality standards. Due to the complexity and importance of the equipment, initial training will be conducted on 1st shift before transitioning to 2nd shift operations.

Operate and set up CNC 3-axis machines
Maintain tight tolerances and ensure high-quality output
Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments
Work independently during 2nd shift with minimal engineering support
Extensive experience with CNC machining, specifically 5-axis equipment
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision
Ability to complete required training on 1st shift
This position supports a highly critical machine operation
Overtime may be required based on production needs
