We provide high-quality, in-home care to individuals and families, partnering closely with clinicians, caregivers, and operational teams to ensure patients receive timely, personalized support. Full-Time 30 hours or more / Part-Time 29 hours or less

• Days/Nights/Weekends
• Current Opening: (LVN ONLY POSITION)
• 52-year-old male / High Acuity / Monday through Friday 5pm-10pm
• LVN Preferred Rate

Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.

• Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitor patient's condition and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records using web-based electronic medical records system.

Active LVN or RN License.
