Our team of Hospice CNAs works hard to make our patients and their families feel at home with us. We strive to provide compassionate care, unique services and specialized techniques for our terminally ill patients and support for their loved ones. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for helping others and the willingness to go above and beyond what is expected.

Responsibilities:

Recruit, hire, and train hospice aides.

Facilitate care for patients and families in a comfortable environment by planning activities that improve quality of life.

Provide patients and families with information regarding hospice care.

Follow health facility policies and procedures.

Organize paperwork to keep records up-to-date.

Document interactions with patients and families in the medical records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
