Our patient-centered care and emphasis on education sets us apart from others in the industry.We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and mission-driven Program Dir-Outpatient Services to lead the operations and clinical performance at our outpatient behavioral health program in San Francisco. This position is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and performance of the outpatient program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based behavioral healthcare while maintaining compliance with all applicable federal, state, and accreditation standards.The Program Dir-Outpatient Services provides operational and clinical oversight, supervises staff, manages program performance, and promotes exceptional outcomes.Qualifications:Create and manage operational workflows within Clinical Services and across the facility, overseeing day to day operations within the facilityFacilitate weekly clinical meeting with staff, provide case conceptualization and guidance to enhance patient outcomes and high-level clinical interventionsMonitor KPIs to maintain visibility into operational outcomes of the clinical departmentComplete regular audits of clinical compliance documents and ensure all clinical aspects of the chart are in placeProvide training and monitor competencies for clinical skill within Clinical ServicesEnsure clinically appropriate programming and patient interactions are in place and are being followed within the facility and across departmentsMeets with patients, stakeholders, and family members to resolve issues and provide direct patient care as neededPerform functions for hiring training, oversight, discipline, and education for staff competency and performance measuresParticipate as part of Senior Leadership to identify opportunities for improvement within the facility, leading and participating in change initiativesProvide expertise to the treatment teams to ensure quality and appropriate care is given to patientsRespond appropriately to patient concerns, crisis situations, and medical or behavioral health emergencies while ensuring patient safety at all timesPromote a safe, supportive, and patient-centered environment focused on respect, healing, and recoveryParticipate in staff meetings, trainings, compliance initiatives, and ongoing professional development opportunitiesDemonstrate flexibility, accountability, and commitment to quality patient careEnsure confidentiality and uphold ethical and professional standard of careAdhere to company policies and proceduresMinimum Qualifications:Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, HealthCare Administration, or related fieldCurrent California LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, etc.Current Basic Life Support CPR certification that includes AED training and hands-on skills assessment5+ years: Experience working in behavioral health, mental health, addiction treatment, substance abuse recovery, detoxification, and/or outpatient healthcare settingsExperience working with patients experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance use disordersExperience with trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and relapse preventionExperience with integrative and holistic treatment approach
